Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to:

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging and ensure they are well protected. Returns that are damaged or incomplete may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– goods that have been damaged or altered after delivery,
– goods that are incomplete or missing parts or accessories,
– goods that have been clearly used or installed, making them no longer suitable for resale as new.
