Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all business relations between Skylumina GmbH and its customers.

§ 2 Sales via Amazon and Direct Orders

Our products are primarily sold via Amazon. For these purchases, Amazon’s terms apply. For direct orders via email or WhatsApp, these Terms apply.

§ 3 Customer Groups

Our products are intended for both private consumers (B2C) and business clients (B2B).

§ 4 Contract Formation

For Amazon orders, the contract is concluded between the customer and Amazon. For direct orders, the contract is concluded upon acceptance of our offer and payment of the invoice.

§ 5 Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment is made via Amazon or, for direct sales, by prepayment or agreed method.

§ 6 Delivery

Delivery usually takes place via Amazon warehouses or directly from our production facility.

§ 7 Statutory Warranty (Liability for Defects)

For consumers (B2C), the statutory warranty period is 2 years from delivery of the goods. For business customers (B2B), the warranty period is limited to 1 year, to the extent permitted by law. These statutory rights exist independently of our voluntary manufacturer’s warranty.

§ 8 Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability exists only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

§ 9 Governing Law

Belgian law applies. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.

Manufacturer’s Warranty – 5 Years

In addition to the statutory warranty, Skylumina GmbH provides a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty for the product GlowPro SL-GP-AAA.

Scope
The warranty covers the LED chip, LED driver, and housing. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase (proof of purchase required).

Procedure
In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us in advance via info@skylumina.com to coordinate the process. After confirmation, the product must be sent to: Skylumina GmbH, Horster Park 43, 4731 Raeren, Belgium.

Service
We will repair the product free of charge or replace it with an equivalent or successor model.
Skylumina covers the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer; the customer bears the cost of returning the defective item.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, environmental influences (moisture, power surges, dust, etc.), unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Installation must be carried out by qualified professionals only.

Note
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this manufacturer’s warranty.
